Do we have to close or stop working during the shoot?
Usually not. We work around your hours and schedule around your busy times. A lot of the best footage comes from your team doing their normal work, so we often shoot right in the flow of the day.
What if my team is uncomfortable on camera?
Most people are, and that is fine. We direct as we go and keep it low pressure. Candid working shots often beat posed ones anyway, and we can lean that direction if your crew prefers it.
Do I own the photos and video?
Yes. The finished files are yours to use on your website, your social profiles, your ads, and your print pieces. We deliver them in the sizes those places need.
Can you shoot video and photos in the same visit?
Yes, and it is usually the efficient way to do it. We plan the shot list so stills and short-form clips come out of the same setups while we are already on site.
