Apparel and promo people actually wear and keep
A matching shirt on every person at the job site tells a customer who they are dealing with. We handle the sourcing, the sizing, and the decoration method so the gear holds up past the first wash.
- Shirts, hats, jackets, and hi-vis gear
- Embroidery, screen print, heat transfer
- Sizing and reorders tracked for your crew
- Promo items that stay on a customer desk
What goes into a branded order
From a handful of shirts for the front counter to a full crew kit plus giveaways for events, here is the work that goes into it.
-
Team uniforms and workwear
Shirts, polos, hoodies, jackets, and hi-vis pieces picked for the way your crew actually works.
-
Hats and headwear
Caps, beanies, and visors decorated so the logo sits straight and stays readable at a glance.
-
Decoration methods
Embroidery, screen print, heat transfer, or vinyl, chosen for the fabric, the color count, and the run size.
-
Logo prep for stitching and ink
Your logo redrawn and set up so it holds detail at chest size and on dark fabric.
-
Promotional products
Pens, drinkware, koozies, magnets, tote bags, and giveaways your customers keep on the desk or in the truck.
-
Sizing, reorders, and restocks
Size counts collected up front and kept on file so new hires and repeat runs match what you already have.
From first call to live results
Every apparel and promo order runs through the same four steps, so the gear matches your brand and shows up ready to hand out.
Count and Fit
We look at who wears what, how the gear gets used, and what your brand already looks like in print.
Spec and Sourcing
We match blanks, colors, and decoration methods to the job, then plan the mix of team wear and giveaway items.
Art and Proofing
Your logo is set up for stitch or ink, and you see a proof before anything goes on a shirt.
Rollout and Reorders
Gear gets delivered, and we keep sizes and art on file so the next run matches the first one.
Good to know
The things business owners ask before they get started.
What is the difference between embroidery and screen printing?
Embroidery stitches the logo into the fabric, so it holds up on polos, hats, and jackets and reads as more formal. Screen printing lays ink on the surface, which works better for large designs, soft tees, and bigger runs. We pick based on the garment, the artwork, and how the gear will be worn.
Can you use a logo we already have?
Yes. Send what you have and we will tell you if it is ready for stitching or printing. If the file is low resolution or the detail is too fine to hold at chest size, we redraw it and clean it up first.
How do you handle sizing for a whole crew?
We collect sizes by person and keep that list on file. That way a new hire gets the right shirt without starting the order over, and repeat runs match the gear your team is already wearing.
What promo items actually get used?
The ones that live where your customer already is. Drinkware, pens, koozies, magnets, and tote bags stay in the truck, on the desk, or on the fridge, which keeps your name in front of people long after you hand it over.
Pair it with the rest
Most clients combine a few services. One team handles all of them, so nothing gets lost between vendors.
